Edgar G and Immanuel were on time for the air duct cleaning. They were professional in the way they carried out the service, cleaning up the area after the service was done in every room. They showed areas in the attic, which were beginning to catch mold. They also suggested temporary and permanent solutions to prevent mold from growing. We ended up installing the UV light, based on their suggestion. Overall, I am quite happy with the two of them and sears. I will call up sears again, for any home maintenance activities.
