Julian arrived on time. He proceeded immediately to check our A/C and our furnace. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He noted that our furnace came with a 16x25x1 filter, but recommended the full sized 16x25x4 filter commenting that it would do a better job. He showed us how to change the filter. We also purchased an air purifier. Julian was great. Hope we get him again. Give him 7 out of 5 stars.
