On Sunday, 5/31/20, I noticed a loud noise coming from the air conditioner unit outside the house. The temperature inside the house was 77 degrees when I had it set for 75, so I lowered the thermostat to 73 degrees and 45 minutes later it had only moved to 76 degrees, so I called Samm's and Timothy Salomon came out around 8:00 p.m. He did a thorough check of the system and got it working where the unit was cooling down. He also noticed that the compressor contactor was burned and would eventually have to be replaced. There was no way for him to know when it would actually need replacing, so I decided to go ahead and let him replace the contactor. Timothy explained everything he was doing and was very courteous and professional. Actually, Timothy has been to my house before to work on the unit, and he was very thorough that time as well. I am very pleased with Samm's Heating and Air Conditioning and I highly recommend the company and technicians to anyone who has air and heating issues with their system.
