We had settlement on an Insight home in Delaware on Feb 28, 2020. We were in no hurry to settle before we picked the settlement date but were encouraged to settle by Insight on that day. Well the home was not complete during the pre-settlement walk through and had many flaws including a broken window, missing bathroom light cover, dented appliance, scratched kit cabinet, holes in drywall, I could go on. Minor stuff for a new construction home and quick fixes normally... That was 12 weeks ago and ZERO of the items have been addressed even after contacting customer service multiple times. I will say the home is well built, I built our previous home and was impressed with the craftsmanship during the Insight construction process of this new home. The sales team was amazing during the buying process, and the customer service during the building process was awesome as well. No complaints there, its the follow up matters after settle that concern me. With the said, its hard to recommend this builder with the current lack of post construction customer service. more
