I showed up for my appointment today only to be told it was cancelled. They said they tried to call me ONE time 4 days prior but my voice mail was full and they could not leave a message. They did not try again or try email. However, I received 7 appointment reminders/confirmation requests in the days up to my appointment right up to the afternoon of my appointment. I confirmed each time. The office manager (who was not wearing a mask until she came to the window to talk to me despite their own mandatory mask rule) told me it was not their fault that I got all the confirmation emails and texts because a separate company does those and they have no control over them. I skipped right over being a new patient to being a never patient. They were not friendly at all. They need to take a good look at their system and how they cancel appointments, because what they are doing now is really bad.
