Yes, I am impressed and i takes a lot to impress me. Unlike many others, I've never set foot in Collector's Firearms, but I do recognize quality service when I receive it.
I've collected for a number of years and at this juncture of my life I buy firearms on line.
Cut to the chase.....I bought 2 firearms in a 3 week period. Both were shipped freight free. They were shipped promptly and with followup tracking emails. The store personnel were cheerful and able to answer my questions without hesitation. In the future I will shop Collector's FIRST before looking elsewhere.
