My son currently went off to the Navy and he informed Hamilton that I, his mother would be taking over responsibility of his car. He was to leave on Dec 17 on Dec. the transmission went out on his car which was under warranty at Hamilton. He had it towed there and I went to ask how long would it be I was told they were a couple of weeks behind. After waiting 3 weeks with no word I went to check on it and was treated rudely by Kevin he snapped and said I told you I would call you when I knew something. I asked about a loaner and was told "he's not in town anyway" meaning my son. This lead me to believe that there was no rush sense my son was not here in town. I called to speak with the Dealership manager and the service shop manager and no one ever called me back. It wasn't until after 5 weeks he called my daughter in law to tell her the issue and when it was done. Very poor customer service and poor treatment of people. I would not recommend you take your car, motorcycle or bike here
