On Family Plan had a free home electrical check; found one outlet bad; had it replaced
but then charged $150; it's a $20 item with 10 minutes work; did complained and eventually received a $150 credit; also had the system air ducts cleaned - technician only cleaned into the ducts about 3 to 4 ft; was told that the entire system would be cleaned; I believe the technician was in a hurry; I then called other companies and was told the entire duct system will be cleaned; I did emailed Baker Brothers complaining but have not received a reply; if no reply I will write another negative review on my S.W. Arlington "next-door" web-site. My rating for the air-duct cleaning is a 1 star
