I purchased my new Baby Lock machine from Montavilla Sewing Center and am very satisfied with their staff and the service they provide. When I have called to order product or ask a question the staff goes the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of and product is shipped within a day or 2 if not the same day, plus they have a great supply of product in the store. I needed to take my machine in one time to have an issue looked at and they immediately fixed the problem and I was on my way, How nice is that... Also look on their website and see all the classes they offer, Montavilla events are so much fun with all the ladies.
