Called what I thought was Larmco window and was told Universal windows had purchased the company. Sent a sales representative out to try to sale me new windows and doors rather than honoring the warranty that I have with Larmco. It was at this time I am made aware that these are two separate companies. I would like someone from Larmco to call me?
