I wanted to learn how to live a productive life and feel good in my own skin. I had zero confidence and felt the world was better off without me. I wanted to be happy. I love my team! I don't want to leave! They were the first people to acknowledge the "Complex" portion of my PTSD which was very validating and reassuring. I am very grateful to each and every one of them. I am so grateful for this program and feel it could help so many people in this world.
