I had them put in a $4000 patio door about 5 years ago. I called 6 weeks ago and talked to Michael about where I could purchase a replacement sweep. He said he would order one and install for $100. I said ok. He said he’d call in a week and schedule a time. Well I made four follow up calls, none of which were returned, and finally I ordered the $10 part direct through the factory and installed it myself. Took all of two days for the part to arrive.
