Without question avoid this place like the plague!!!!! Some Latin drug gang members operate out of some of the apartments here. Some are drug dealers and some are drug smugglers. Your safety means nothing once you sign a lease. And they will be quick to take you to court for little or no reason at all. They use the court system to intimidate and terrorize former tenants into blackmail. Believe me when I say its all about money to them. Your safety means nothing. And if you try to break a lease to get away from the drug gangs they will take you to court. They would rather risk you getting beat up than losing money. I cant stress it enough this is a dangerous place to live.
