Mr. Cash buyer was such a terrible business to work with. From the first time we put an offer on our new renovated home to the closing day. They changed things around the home and did it all the cheap way to patch up bigger problems. When I tried calling him after the final walk through, he told me it was not his responsibility. I would never recommend his work done on any home. He sells polished turds.
