Don’t go here if you want to sell your clothes. I walked through the doors with probably about 20 pounds worth of clothes in my hands and the worker that was working the buy/sell counter didn’t even approach me. She saw me but then pretended like she was working. She was just staring at a box of shoes. Five minutes later still holding the clothes, I asked what the process is and what I do with these clothes. They told me it be a 45 minute wait and no one else was there. I ended up taking my clothes and leaving because I was so mad at how I was being treated. Bottom line for good customer service- make sure you greet everyone when they walk through the door and offer them help even if you think they might not need it. Won’t be coming back to this place, that’s for sure!
