Timothy came out during the heat wave when our upstairs air conditioner stopped working during a heat wave. After working a full day he still came to our house at 8:00pm and didn’t leave until three hours later when the unit was working and cooling down the house. He has since been out for a regular service call. He8s done a great job for us!
