First of all their office hasn't been updated since the Reagan administration and that should have been our first clue to walk right back out the door. We were planning a trip to South America and she pulled out a guidebook dated 1997. Eventually they put together some sort of itinerary and provided a quote. We attempted to contact them for several weeks via email and phone to confirm the booking and to put down a down payment. They completely ghosted us and eventually just cancelled our booking with no explanation. I guess we should have tried to send a telegraph since that seems to be more their pace technology wise.
