I am 65 years old and at a time in my life when I should have it all together, I was consumed with depression and anxiety. I struggled with the decision to come to The Center. I am so thankful I did. My team was so amazing. My team had different parts to play out in my total self. My two primaries helped me build a plan to execute. My faith counselors continued to support and encourage my faith in god in a place i was not familiar with. The whole DBT Team was great at presenting the materials in an interesting and user friendly manner. The Help Desk was so helpful and friendly, always there to help me navigate the day to day processes ans schedules. The very first day Brian and the management team helped my wife Pat and me to gain a great since of peace about my stay and the program. i am very greatful and sincerely appreciative of all The Center has done for me.
