I scheduled for aeration service and they were a no call no show and then invoiced me. I called to notify them that the job was never done and they rescheduled me for the next week. The next week came and AGAIN, they were a no call no show on the scheduled day. I was home all day to know they did not come. The next day I left to go out of town for a week. Sometime after I left for my trip they just randomly stopped by and did the job and sent me a new invoice. And they did a lousy job at that! Since when is it ok to just do a service at your leisure after the dates you scheduled with the customer without ever even notifying the customer? People schedule a service date for a reason! This seem like it should be illegal! Who wants someone creeping around their property when they are not in the state????? I will NEVER use this service again! NOT FOR ANYTHING!!!
