Victor did an excellent job trying to locate a source of our leaking AC. We live in a condo and he went out and spent a inordinate amount of time with our condo's office manager going in a very small crawl space outside of our building trying to find the source of our leak. Nothing was found but he took that extra step. Victor did notice that the pan in our ceiling is not level so he will be back with an associate to level the pan. He will have to cut into the drywall to do this. In any event, he is excellent!!! 5 STARS. Anne and Kenna Lewis
