On April 15, I had to step in and supervise my mom's move from her house to a new apartment. Keith, Derek, and Vince were all incredibly helpful and went above and beyond my expectations and what I had laid out for them to do at the beginning of the day. They were careful, professional, good-natured, and overall excellent in their assistance.
