Jennifer answered my call just after 7 am on a Sunday and was friendly, informative and consoling, just what was needed on the call. Kenny showed up not too long thereafter and fixed the plumbing problem in no time. He was friendly, personable and we could tell he really knew what he was doing. We are so glad we have found W.E. Brown!
