I signed up for ILKB after a year and a half without exercising.
It's been the best thing I’ve done, I feel so much better now with my body and mind. The coaches and the others encourage you to do more and give your best each class, it is not easy, I can not lie. But it is very gratifying to challenge yourself each day giving your best in each class and feeling very good at the end.
The best is after a while you can see the good results on your body and mentally.
It’s a great class and I extremely recommend.
