Chris did a wonderful job of explaining how the various systems worked, their price ranges, and what would work best with our house. We had just gotten rid of our contract with an unscrupulous AC maintenance company, so we entered into our discussion with a bit of suspicion, but everything Chris told us about what we needed to cool and heat our house made sense. The AC and heating work very well, our house is less dusty, and follow up with the office has been gratifyingly simple. All in all a positive experience overall.
