Horrible employer.... be sure to look into your CEO. The Board of Trustees needs to look into holding her accountable for her questionable activities. Many employees have left the organization because of her antics and those of the HR “director’s”. Also look into their HR practices. The EEOC will have a field day with them BOTH!! The media needs to interview and EXPOSE this agency!!
