Jeremy came out to repair a pedestal sink. While the repair didn't require any actual plumbing repair, he diagnosed the problem, offered solutions and completed the repair. He was on time (a tad early actually - which was perfect for my schedule) and courteous during the visit. I believe this is the third time we've had Jeremy out for a repair and one of the reasons we continue to use Just In Time.
