Tommy, the technician was courteous and knowledgeable and had the furnace taken care of in a very short time. Give him an A plus rating. In addition, AA Service had the technician out in the late morning- (we work nights and requested that). He was in and out in 1/2 hour. Very happy with the service and the technician!
