I would give ten stars if I could. I hate having to bring my car anywhere because I always feel so incompetent because i dont know anything about cars. However after my experience here, I will never go anywhere else. An awesome and kind gentleman named Randy was a Godsend. He knew what was wrong, was so patient with me, and made sure I was getting the best deal. He stood outside in the freezing cold and kindly explained what was wrong with my car and what we needed to do to fix it. He's skilled and knows what he's talking about, not to mention, just a great guy. Thanks Randy, and thanks O'Reilly for only hiring the very best.
