My name is terri cluckey i have my internet through you and i been paying 89 bucks a month for high speed internet so my son can do his home schooling i am upset with your internet do to me paying before the due date every month but not getting the package i pay for i havent had in a couple years i dont understand why i have to pay for a technician to come here to fix the problem when i been paying for my survives that i dont receive i am highly upset with your internet i would love to speak to a supervisor on my account and how this can be fixed sense i been paying for a service i havent had.
