Josue arrived on time with a smile on his face. Josue was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He per-treated the tile and grout. Then started the steam cleaning process. Josue explained the process. Our tile had not been steamed cleaned in 15 years. We have had dogs on the floor during the 15 years we have lived here. I did not expect the grout to become very clean. What a wonderful surprise Josue was able to bring the grout back to the original color. My husband and I were so pleased, we had the grout sealed. I would recommend Josue and Sears Cleaning to anyone. In fact, I have already recommended the service to one of my neighbors. The cost for the cleaning and sealing is more than reasonable.
