The installers damaged a wall in my home and did not alert me. I found out after they left. I called the company back and was told " some minor dents are part of the process". Then once I sent photos of the damage I was told it was just a paint scratch. They did offer to send the same guys back out to repair the wall but I do not want them back in my home. I was told a manger would be calling me back and I am still waiting. They already processed my final payment so they owe me a refund to getting the wall repaired! It has been 4 days and nothing! I should have made sure everyone was licensed.
