I called at 4:30 PM to indicate my furnace went and needed service call to the home for a unit they installed
In 2015. I was instructed by Flame employee to call after hours service which started at 8 PM to get service that same day. The afterhour service is a third party operators who puts you on a list that disappears at the next business day when company reopens. Which you need to recall for service call.
NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
