We have received The Daily Herald for many, many years. We have several problems. Yes, we understand about the 2 papers that were not delivered because of the severe weather. But, this morning we received the Wednesday and Thursday paper. IT IS FRIDAY. Plus, we have called many, many times about teaching your people HOW TO DOUBLE WRAP the paper. It ALWAYS arrives with two bags when it rains, BUT both bags are put on the same end. This makes for a very wet paper sometimes. Why is it that?? How many calls so you receive before this can be done correctly?
