Casey J. came out, as scheduled and on time. He also wore slippers over his shoes so as not to track any dirt into my house! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Worked on our unit in freezing temperatures while keeping me posted about what was wrong and what he was doing. I am now toasty warm. Thank you, Casey for your professionalism and knowledge.
