Willo was easy to work with ; however the product used left a stickey residue in some places. My husband even mentioned that this morning. We are going try some water on it today. Also I am not pleased with how the grout turned out. It was a light grout. Now it is dark, almost black in some areas. That was the first question I asked when Willo came to the house. I asked if the grout would be cleaned to a lighter color even if it had been a while since cleaning or installation. He said that it would. At the price I paid it should have looked like a new floor.. I am not going to have the same company do it again.
