Will never buy another appliance from Lowes again as long as they use this company. Waited 6 hours for a four hour appointment window...no show...no phone call. A prior visit which was also a four hour window, the tech couldn't wait 3 minutes for me to come from my lawn. Three minutes!!! He threw his hands up in a fit and drove away. WHAT. Unprofessional. DON'T USE!!!!!! Complain to Lowes!!!!!
