The manager,I believe his name is Francis is terribly rude. He told me to learn how to read. When I parked in a spot so I could get close enough to walk my 78 year old grandmother to the front door of a restaurant. Didn't even walk in ran back to move my car and it was already on the lift and they wouldn't put my car down. When I got to tow place I spoke to Francis, he didn't want to listen, he just kept saying the pay the price $141.00 and walked back into his tin box he called an office. Tommy on the other hand at least showed concern and listened. Francis needs to learn how to talk to his customers and needs to be educated on business etiquette, if he even knows what that word means.
