I needed bodywork done after a neighbor backed into my car on the street. Got a quote from Balken's at a more than fair price. Talked with Byron, and he showed me everything they would do and set up an appointment, not more than a few days out. They offered a rental car and finished my car in 3 days. When I saw the car it was just like it never happened! Very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone. They also sent me a "thank you" note and gift card to Culver's, which was a very nice personal touch. Nice place to deal with, they make it quick and painless!
