I’ve been a customer for 8 years and absolutely love my stylist Melissa but that’s where it ends. They rarely answer the phone. I’ve been trying to schedule a appointment for 3 days calling multiple times a day, get a recorded message claiming they will call you back. I am still waiting for a return call. This is not the first time they’ve dropped the ball. Follow us is non-existence.
