James installed a new gas furnace and air conditioning unit for us. He was very prompt arriving and had a very upbeat and happy attitude. I even heard him singing a bit. He just seemed to truly enjoy his job! He was very polite, always using please and thank you in conversation. He expertly cleaned up his work area in our garage and even went one step further to scrape some old gum off the garage floor. He was delight to have around! 5 stars!
