Mike arrived as scheduled, and listened as I explained the problem. He understood the problem with the flow of cooling throughout the house, and offered several alternatives. There was no pressure to buy a new system, upgrade eat existing one or sell me something I didn't need.
He informed me that after talking with my wife, if we wanted a detailed estimate for establishing "zones" in the house to help even out the cooling, that I could contact the office to arrange for the visit. I'd be happy to have him back!
