I called Sierra Air for 7 days and sometimes multiple times a day.
When I called on Thursday and explained the situation to Nicole she promised to have someone call me back. I had spoken to several other people before Nicole and did not receive a call back. I was not feeling confident I would receive a call.
Nicole said she was sending an email to her management team.
Within 30 minutes of the call to Nicole, I received a call from a very nice man named Kyle.
He said he would resolve the issue and he did. By the time I left the office on Thursday, the needed repairs were completed. The tenant in the property was happy and cool, the property owner was happy and I was happy too!
