Hannah was a treat keeping me informed of my emergency request to replace hot water heater at Ivy Road, C'ville starting at 10:15 AM Friday, 7/20. Because of her constant contact with me, Jeep, and Cody the job was completed by 2:45 pm that day!
Cody was totally on it and did an excellent job.. He is my "new" go to plumber-when the job has to get done...immediately. Yes, it did cost me, but it could have been worse. The key was I had happy Commercial tenants!!
