Nicole was very courteous and helpful when I called to inquire about buying a/c filters. The size I need wasn't on her list; but she said she would check with the Parts Dept. and call me back. She did so and I was able to order what I needed. When the filters came in to Sierra, I was called right away to set up a delivery date. Very satisfied!!!!!
