We have been customers of W.E. Brown for many years. In fact, we purchased and they installed our latest HVAC system. We have a yearly maintenance contract with them. Almost always we have been satisfied with the servicemen they send. After one less than satisfactory experience, W.E. Brown sent Sam Walker who made everything right. We intend to ask for him for all future service.
