I was pushed during their sales event into purchasing a used car that I later learned was WAY over priced. I found out that they had charged me for several fees that they never explained. They were supposed to take care a few things and never called me. When I did take it in they never called me to say it was done. I ultimately cancelled the over priced extended warrantee that they pushed on me but never received any conformation that my financed balance had been reduced or that my payments had gone down. I now own a car that has a negative $16,500 balance.
