I can't not even begin to Express how amazing the staff is at Seeyle Kia in Battle Creek. I purchase my vehicle from them in January after a bad car accident. They worked quickly to get me into a vehicle so I could get back to work. The first time my vehicle needed repairs they got me in quickly & were very fair with the pricing. This was my first experience working with Mr. Smith in the service department. Through the entire visit he came into the waiting room frequently keeping me updated on the progress. On Sunday my van broke down so my insurance towed it to the dealership. On Monday I was in the hospital for a scheduled procedure & Mr. Smith spoke with my mom about the van & said he would try to get it checked as soon as possible. Once I had left the hospital we drove over there & Mr. Smith asked me to confirm what was going on. He let me know they were working hard to get it checked that night. Tuesday, Mr. Smith called me to say they had all the parts & could have my vehicle repaired & drivable in just a few hours. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of me. You can tell he genuinely cares about people & wants to help them. As a single mom of 5 (with little to no child support), Seeyle has always had my best interest in mind & never tried to take advantage of me in fact I would say the opposite. I would say it was less about making money & more about helping someone out. I am now a lifelong customer & will always ask for Mr. Smith....I highly recommend you do too!!
