HE returned my call promptly, stating he would arrive in about 20 minutes. Jeff was pleasant, found the problem quickly, and checked the system to make sure everything was working correctly. Overall- knowledgable, took time to explain the difficulty, and what it would cost. Great technician! Will call Hoekstra for any other HVAC needs!
