When 1800 flowers dropped the ball and did not deliver flowers the day before the service, I call Holloway Funeral Home to confirm if there was a delivery or not. There was not (I am on the west coast). When I called, Jeffrey at Holloway offered to contact a local florist to see if they could assist (note this is Saturday evening after business hours). He obtained the cell phone number of the owner of a local florist who agreed to do an arrangement and deliver Sunday morning. This could not have happened without Jeffery kindly going above an beyond in assisting me. Very kind and great customer service, especially when they had nothing to gain.
