Jacob came to the house to fix a problem that we had been trying to fix for 3 months. Another company made 4 service calls to the house, never able to fix the problem (freezing up of air system). Jacob spent time listening to us about the symptoms and what we observed. He diagnosed the system completely, including wiring that was done incorrectly (and missed by everyone else). When he left, he told us to call him, with any questions or concerns, but the system has been working perfectly. Next time we call Russell's we are going to ask for Jacob by name. Thank you! more
